Transpersonal Hypnosis
What is Transpersonal hypnosis?
Hypnosis is an enhanced state of relaxation in which a person's attention is intensely focused and their suggestibility is increased. According to Dr Allen Chips, "the Transpersonal approach emphasizes that the body, mind, and spirit affect each other, and hypnosis is the primary catalyst to bridge the three".
Under hypnosis, the individual is typically guided into a state of deep relaxation, during which their mind is more open to receiving and accepting suggestions from the hypnotist. Transpersonal hypnosis is often used as a therapeutic tool to help people with psychosomatic issues. Hypnosis can also be used for entertainment purposes, such as in stage hypnosis shows. Despite some misconceptions, hypnosis is a safe and natural state that many people experience in their daily lives, such as when daydreaming or becoming absorbed in a book or movie.
Past Life Regression
Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to access and review a person's past lives or previous experiences where the individual is guided to a deep state of relaxation and encouraged to recall memories and experiences from their past lives. These memories can provide insight into patterns and behaviors that may be affecting their current life and help them understand and resolve any unresolved issues or traumas.
The uses of past life regression therapy can vary depending on the individual's needs and goals. Some people seek past life regression as a form of spiritual exploration and to gain a deeper understanding of their soul's journey. Others use it to explore past traumas or unresolved emotional issues that may be affecting their current life. It can also be used as a tool for personal growth, self-discovery, and to improve relationships with others.
Relationships
When it comes to relationships, hypnosis can be used in a variety of ways. For example, couples may seek hypnosis therapy to improve communication, increase intimacy, or overcome relationship challenges. Hypnosis can also be used to address individual issues that may be affecting a person's ability to form and maintain healthy relationships, such as anxiety, low self-esteem, or past traumas. By addressing these issues on a subconscious level, hypnosis can help individuals overcome limiting beliefs or negative emotions that may be hindering their ability to form fulfilling relationships.
Spiritual Attachments
Spirit attachments will be a person's energy field or aura that can become inhabited by a discarnate entity or spirit. This attachment is said to occur when the person's energy field is weakened or disrupted, allowing the spirit to enter and remain attached to the person. In some cases, Transpersonal hypnosis may be used to address issues related to spirit attachments. By inducing a trance state, the hypnotist is able to communicate with the spirit attached to the client and facilitate its release while guiding the attachment to seek its divinity and to go to the light.
